🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Drain Plumbing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of service calls, projects, and performance:
  • Diagnose residential drain issues and recommend solutions
  • Perform drain cleaning services and support overflow demand
  • Oversee drain repair and replacement jobs from start to finish
  • Present options and confidently close service opportunities
  • Coordinate with office staff to manage scheduling and priorities
  • Lead and support installation crews on approved jobs
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Help mentor and develop other drain technicians
